About This Role
We're looking for a Mid-Level Sales Executive to take ownership of outbound business development and grow into a future sales leader.
- Owning the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery to closing new business
- Prospecting new clients through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person networking
- Delivering tailored proposals and presenting IT support, managed services, and consulting solutions to SMBs
- Tracking pipeline activities and managing opportunities using our CRM tools
- Working alongside the owner and existing sales team to refine messaging, process, and strategy
- Contributing to the ongoing development of scalable, repeatable sales systems as the team grows
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning IT services with business goals
Requirements
- 2–5 years of outbound B2B sales experience (MSP or SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a consultative sales environment
- A hunter mentality—you're energized by outreach and closing deals
- CRM experience and strong organizational habits
- Prior experience in IT or technology services is a plus, but not required
