Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business growth in managed services and IT project sales. If you’re a motivated self-starter with strong outbound sales skills and a passion for technology, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new Managed Services opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Generate leads via databases, networking, meetings, social media, and cold outreach.
• Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients (virtual & in-person).
• Deliver tailored sales presentations that address customer pain points.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to close new accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies.
• Maintain organized prospect records and follow up consistently.

Skills

Performance Expectations:

• 50 calls per day targeting decision-makers.
• 5-10 conversations per day with completed pitches and rebuttals.
• 1-3 client appointments per week (discovery meetings).
• 2 proposal presentations per month.
• 1 closed sale per month after onboarding

Compensation & Commission Structure:

• 100% of monthly value for outbound sales (Year 1)
• 50% of monthly value for inbound sales (Year 1)
• 25% of monthly value for Year 2 & 3 on contract anniversary
