We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business growth in managed services and IT project sales. If you’re a motivated self-starter with strong outbound sales skills and a passion for technology, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new Managed Services opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Generate leads via databases, networking, meetings, social media, and cold outreach.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients (virtual & in-person).
- Deliver tailored sales presentations that address customer pain points.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to close new accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain organized prospect records and follow up consistently.
Skills

Performance Expectations:
- 50 calls per day targeting decision-makers.
- 5-10 conversations per day with completed pitches and rebuttals.
- 1-3 client appointments per week (discovery meetings).
- 2 proposal presentations per month.
- 1 closed sale per month after onboarding
Compensation & Commission Structure:
- 100% of monthly value for outbound sales (Year 1)
- 50% of monthly value for inbound sales (Year 1)
- 25% of monthly value for Year 2 & 3 on contract anniversary
