The Senior System Administrator (MSP)is a strategic technical position within the company. This position is responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of customer’s IT systems, coordinating complex projects, and implementing IT solutions. The core responsibilities are designing and implementing comprehensive solutions for our clients, particularly focusing on Windows Server, M365, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, and advanced networking.
Senior System Administrator (MSP) Qualifications:
- Previous Experience working for a MSP, CSP, or supporting multiple domains concurrently
- Experience performing advanced troubleshooting and administration of servers, networks, and standard business application.
- Experience with ConnectWise and It Glue. Specifically, ConnectWise Manage, Automate (now CW RMM) and IT Glue.
- Experience building technical documents such as SOP’s, runbooks, and roadmaps
Senior System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Lead Azure migration projects end-to-end for a variety of clients, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring new network infrastructures from the ground up, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Strong experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Strong expertise in Layer 2/3 network protocols (VLAN, switching, routing, NAT) and hands-on experience with HP/Cisco switches, SonicWall firewalls (TZ/NSA), and site-to-site VPN tunnels.
- Experience with security hardening (anti-virus, email filtering, dual-factor authentication, secure remote access)
