We are a leading IT services provider based in Richardson, Texas, has been delivering top-tier solutions to both commercial and government clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Established in 2002, the company specializes in a wide array of services, including managed IT, cybersecurity, network security, IT consulting, data backup and recovery, cloud computing, co-managed IT, virtual CIO services, and cybersecurity awareness training. It serves diverse industries such as charter schools, commercial real estate, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations.
Responsibilities:
-Advanced Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve escalated technical issues, including DNS problems, VPN configurations, application integrations, server modifications, and network connectivity challenges.
-Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis: Manage complex IT incidents from start to resolution while identifying patterns and implementing long-term fixes to prevent recurring issues.
-Server & Network Administration: Perform server maintenance, upgrades, and administration while diagnosing and resolving network-related issues across firewalls, switches, WAPs, and VPNs.
-End-User Training & Documentation: Provide training to end users on software, security best practices, and system functionalities while maintaining and improving internal documentation.
-Deployments & Maintenance: Install, configure, patch, and support Windows and macOS environments, including workstation setups, peripheral deployment, and software rollouts.
-Client Interaction & Onsite Support: Engage professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring high levels of service and technical expertise.
-Security & Compliance: Maintain client confidentiality, follow best practices for data protection, and contribute to IT security initiatives.
Requirements:
-Office 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience with provisioning, administering, and troubleshooting SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, and other M365 services.
-Networking Knowledge: Proficiency in networking protocols and infrastructure, including firewalls (physical/virtual), layer 2/3 switching, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN configurations.
-Microsoft Dynamics Familiarity: Experience supporting or integrating Dynamics applications is a plus.
-Technical & Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of MSP experience .

-Valid Driver’s License & Transportation: Must be able to travel to client sites as needed.
