What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary IT liaison for assigned clients, ensuring their technology aligns with business needs. You’ll oversee IT operations, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and optimize IT environments.
- Act as the go-to IT contact for assigned client accounts.
- Oversee IT asset refreshes, vendor coordination, and Microsoft 365 licensing.
- Track IT inventory and coordinate with suppliers for hardware and software upgrades.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
- Help clients plan for cloud migrations, security improvements, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain detailed client records and IT documentation in ConnectWise Manage.

- Degree preferred, but real-world experience matters most.
