This is more than your average help desk role. You’ll be taking on a leadership-leaning position, acting as the escalation point for technical issues, helping refine service delivery processes, and playing a key role in both internal team support and direct client engagements. You’ll take ownership of the queue, solve complex technical challenges, and have a hand in project delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver L2/L3 support across a range of technologies: Windows servers, Microsoft 365, networking equipment, and endpoint protection platforms
- Spearhead new site installs and deployments—especially for clients in manufacturing and other fast-paced industries
- Utilize Kaseya for RMM, ticketing, automation, and process improvement
- Contribute to refining service operations and help streamline internal workflows
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure accurate time tracking
- Provide mentorship and support for junior techs as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 1 year of MSP experience
- Proficiency with Kaseya tools (strongly preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server (2012 and up), M365, Entra, Intune, and VMware (ESXi, VCenter, VSphere)
- Familiarity with WatchGuard firewalls, Datto RMM & EDR platforms
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
Salary Benefits:
