Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive IT support and technical project consulting to various business clients.
- Resolve technical issues by managing back-end systems and consulting with end users.
- Plan, implement, and deploy tailored computer, server, and cloud-based solutions.
- Manage network reconfigurations and printer setups for seamless operations.
- Execute VoIP deployments, firewall management, virus / malware cleanup, and ongoing help desk support.
- Configure and install computer systems and various Windows servers.
- Oversee migrations for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
- Build and migrate Azure environments aligned with business objectives.
- Implement virtualization solutions using Hyper-V or VMware, including new infrastructure setups and physical-to-virtual (P2V) migrations.
