Bowtie Engineering is looking for a Project Manager to foster long-term technical success and the overall happiness of our customers. This is a leadership role! The goal of the Project Manager is to transition early stage, growing customers, into long term, sustained growth customers. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical electrical understanding ideally with NETA or NICET credentials and proven success maintaining strong relationships with customers.
This role is responsible for working with existing customer account/accounts, maintaining the relationship by continuously updating the customer status of the entire program. This position will lead to the coordination of internal and external resources such as qualified technicians and engineers in order to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
· Communicating with customers via their preferred virtual channels (phone, email, tickets, IM) with occasional face-to-face interactions.
· Work with Sales Rep to ensure a smooth Account transition from sales to operations.
· Build strong working relationships across client organizations.
· Championing technical & business side issues for customers.
· Working with current customers to grow/expand relationships.
· Travel as needed
Education:
· Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college a plus.
Required Skills:
· Electrical Maintenance & Testing, Arc Flash, IR Thermography.
· Minimum 3 years of technical sales or account management experience.
· Track record of successfully retaining and upselling customers.
· Ability to manage and maintain subcontractors to a schedule.
· Project management experience is preferred.
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Google Docs and Google apps experience is a plus.
Desired Skills/Credentials:
· NETA/NICET
· Licensed Electrician or FE/EIT or Licensed PE
· Consistent overachievement of goals.
· Good written, verbal, and presentation skills.
· Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
· Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
