Overview

ANIMAL LOVER WANTED - Part Time Manager with retail experience at BowWow Meow Thrift Store and Consignments. This Thrift store is a non-profit business that raises funds exclusively for the operation and care of animal at Valley Humane Society AZ

Duties

• Opening and closing the store.
• Merchandising.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Oversee cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and cash handling.
• Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards.
• Ability to manage working relationships with employees and volunteers.
• Proven experience in store management or retail management is essential.
• QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Monthly meetings with the Board of Directors reporting on sales and other pertinent information.
• Must be extremely passionate about animals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 32 per week
