What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Truck Driver position at Box Elder County?
Box Elder County has an opening for a Seasonal Truck Driver with the Road department. The Seasonal Truck Driver performs a wide variety of skilled truck driving and equipment operating. Must be a competent driver able to run end dump, belly dump, and snowplow. Must be willing and able to plow snow at all times of the day and night, seven days a week. Must have a general knowledge of how to maintain, service, and notice needed repairs to semi-trucks, equipment and automotive vehicles due to regard for personal safety of you, other employees and the public. This position will last up to 6 months.
Those interested in this position must be a high school graduate and have two or more years of closely related experience. Must have a valid Utah State Class A Commercial Driver’s license.
