Duties:
- Manage tenant relations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate property maintenance and cleanliness to maintain our Clear Space standards
- Handle leasing, renewals, and assist with marketing efforts
- Implement effective strategies to boost occupancy and manage revenue
Skills:
- Customer service – Empathy and problem-solving to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Strong communication – Verbal and written, for tenant relations and conflict resolution.
- Organizational skills – Efficient multitasking, record-keeping, and time management.
- Problem-solving – Quick decision-making to address tenant and facility issues.
