As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the mall's outdoor areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing to visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Remove trash or debris from public areas.
• Inspect grounds regularly.
• Maintain equipment clean and in good condition overall.
• Perform proper upkeep of sidewalks, parking lots, loading docks, and other grounds areas.
• Help with any additional responsibilities/projects assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience, Knowledge and Education:

• Must be able to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in groundskeeping.
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform physical activities such as but not limited to lifting equipment (up to 50 pounds), bending, standing, riding, climbing, or walking.
• All the primary duties are completed in an outdoor environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Successfully pass pre-employment screening.
