How You’ll Contribute…
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment process by coordinating all aspects of talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities…
- Develop job ads based on existing job descriptions and post to various job boards.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel if needed.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Create, maintain, and update recruitment and candidate reports, including bi-weekly operational reports.
- Organize and attend job fairs, college/university career fairs, and other recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Coordinate all onboarding activities, including offer letter, new hire paperwork, safety training, interdepartmental training, first day manager lunch, etc.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and a positive first day.
- Submit and track pre-employment checks and assessments as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the recruitment process and team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a recruiting or HR support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
