Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting recruiters and the hiring managers in the recruitment and selection of new employees and internal applicants for assigned areas of responsibility. The Recruiting Coordinator collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring managers in the screening referral and job offer processes by providing administrative support and assisting in the sourcing of candidates. In addition the Recruitment Coordinator will actively participate in onboarding and retention activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
College degree in a related field or equivalent experience in HR a plus
3-5 years demonstrated experience in senior level administrative/clerical position
1-3 years experience in HR preferably in staffing
Prior experience with web based systems
Demonstrated Specific Knowledge in the Following:
Working knowledge of MS Office including creation of spreadsheets PowerPoint and database software.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Software
Effective written and oral communication techniques
Employment processes techniques and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Detail -oriented
Experienced in handling multiple tasks and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Federal and state labor and employment laws
Personnel practices and trends
