What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Law Attorney position at Boyd Law APC?
Boyd Law, APC is hiring for our Roseville, CA. (Sacramento area) office in our family law division. Ideal candidates will demonstrate experience directly in the area of family law not limited to but including:
- Filing and responding to a dissolution;
- Preparing preliminary and final disclosures;
- Preparing written discovery;
- Taking and defending depositions;
- Filing a Request for Orders;
- Appearance at temporary hearings;
- Appearance at long cause hearings;
- Expert designations
- Law and Motion
A minimum of two years experience in family law is a required. Our firm offers competitive six figure compensation packages, depending on demonstrated experience.
