The Senior Director of Sourcing leads and elevates the company’s sourcing strategy, optimizing supply chain engagement and driving excellence across a global network. The Senior Director champions innovation, agility, quality and cost efficiency while ensuring the supply chain is resilient, efficient and aligned with sustainability goals and business priorities.
Reporting to the Vice President, Sourcing and as a vital part of the Arc'teryx leadership team, the Senior Director of Sourcing will embody the company’s commitment to excellence, operational efficiency and sustainability, ensuring the delivery of high-performance products through strong supply chain partnerships and strategic innovation. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and strategic senior sourcing leader with proven experience developing and implementing global sourcing strategies supporting a significant manufacturing capacity to drive growth and deliver results. At Arc’teryx, a commitment to innovation, a passion for sustainability, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential for success. The compensation for this role is in excess of $200,000.
