This leader will ensure that food rescue efforts are impactful, efficient, and sustainable. Leading a dynamic National Operations team, the Director will bring strategic vision and operational excellence to help Second Harvest continue making a difference across every province and territory.This role will involve travel across Canada to support regional teams, build strategic partnerships, and leverage data and technology to enhance community engagement. The Director will be instrumental in maximizing impact by developing innovative, measurable solutions that meet the needs of communities nationwide.The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented leader with experience working in non-profit programs and community development.
