Responsibilities
The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent's typical job functions include:
- Chemical and fertilizer application
- Irrigation repair, maintenance, and scheduling
- Course set up and monitoring
- Equipment operation
- Leading a team of 20 team members
This position may be for you if:
- You must be over 18 years old
- You have a background and/or education in Turf Management
- You have strong leadership skills
- You have an eye for detail and desire to learn
- You must have or be able to obtain a Michigan Pesticide Applicators License
