Dining Room Supervisor
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, effectively guiding a team of 15-20 staff members in a fast-paced dining room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain efficient scheduling, staffing levels, payroll, and inventory management processes.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness, including service stations and banquet areas.
- Implement effective strategies to address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with culinary and other departments to plan and coordinate successful banquet events and restaurant operations.
- Maintain awareness of accident prevention, safety, and fire prevention measures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Develop and implement data-driven decision-making strategies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality through innovative methods, techniques, equipment, and materials.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with point of sale software and Microsoft products such as Word and Excel is beneficial.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Extensive knowledge of all positions in a restaurant setting is necessary to effectively manage the team.
