About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Boyne Mountain Resort. In this critical role, you will assist the Base Operations Manager in coordinating and fulfilling the Grounds project plan. You will lead a team of up to 10 Grounds maintenance team members, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of work.
You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining records of maintenance activities, equipment usage, and safety inspections. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills, while contributing to the overall success of the resort.
