Dining Room Supervisor
This critical role demands a skilled leader who can successfully guide a team of 15-20 staff members in a dynamic dining room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to create and maintain efficient scheduling, staffing levels, payroll, and inventory management processes.
- Guarantee the restaurant's high standards of cleanliness, including service stations and banquet areas.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
- Partner with culinary and other departments to plan and coordinate successful banquet events and restaurant operations.
- Stay informed about accident prevention, safety, and fire prevention measures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Develop data-driven decision-making strategies, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Discover opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality through innovative methods, techniques, equipment, and materials.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum requirement, accompanied by six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with point of sale software and Microsoft products such as Word and Excel is beneficial.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
