Vice President of Finance

Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board, the Vice President of Finance will be a key partner to the executive leadership team and the Board in the execution of the companys strategic growth and achievement of financial goals. We are seeking a highly driven professional to build out the finance / accounting infrastructure, take a hands-on approach in leading the daily operations of the function, drive the financial integration of add-on acquisitions, and collaborate with the functional leaders in developing and executing strategic objectives for each business unit.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in supporting the integration of add on acquisitions
- Manage the finance and accounting function for the business, including tax and treasury
- Establish financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems
- Perform the monthly closing process
- Participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the annual capital and operating budget process in collaboration with other members of the executive team
- Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial reports
- Drive enhancements to existing NetSuite ERP
- Lead external audits
- Complete weekly flash / KPI dashboard, and manage key third-party relationships
- Assist with P&C and other insurance programs
