What the key responsibilities are :
- Lead and manage a team of five to six finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment.
- Lead the financial service team, including payroll, reporting, auditing and compliance.
- Serve as a change management leader, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless financial operations and processes.
- Utilize expertise in Workday and other related systems to streamline financial processes.
- Board relations and presentations.
- Lead strategic acquisition, merger and divestiture of business lines.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the revenue lifecycle in senior living and healthcare services.
- Ensure seamless vendor and 3rd party contracting.
- Manage and Lead revenue cycle, payor contracting.
- Budget development and budget analytics.
