Overview
Our Accounting team is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our small office. This is a fast-paced position that works as a part of the accounting office, along with the payroll department, to process many daily tasks along with weekly and monthly projects. The assistant’s primary role is to aid with the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Daily reconciliation of multiple credit card processors
- Reconcile the interfaces between various software systems
- Upload daily revenue reports
- Respond to chargeback disputes
- Research fraudulent credit card activity
- Answer phone calls and process guest requests
- Respond to emails from other departments and guest inquiries
- Bill wholesalers for guest reservations, lift tickets, etc.
- Assist all resort departments with any accounting questions/concerns
- Assist with various accounting projects as needed
- Prepare daily bank deposits quickly and accurately
- Accurately process cash change orders for all of the Mountain Village outlets.
Qualifications
- Be able to prioritize tasks in a way that all is accomplished in a timely manner
- Ability to learn multiple software programs and new ones as they come along
- MUST be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail orientated with strong mathematical skills
- Effectively communicate with other team members regarding ongoing projects
- Credit Card reconciliation & data entry experience is preferred
- Prior knowledge of FreedomPay, Springer-Miller Systems, RTP OneClient, or InfoGenesis is a plus
