Overview
The Highlands is searching for new Beverage Cart and Tee Attendant’s to join our team. You will be focused on selling and serving food and beverages to golfers and guests while on the course, enhancing their experience. This is a full or part-time position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the various perks that come with working for an amazing resort!

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to,):
- Stock beverage carts & tees to par levels each day
- Inventory all concession items
- Record and account for items sold, disposed of, or leftover
- Operate and maneuver cart following proper procedures
- Operate POS
- Handle cash, room charges and credit card payments according to procedure
- Maintain high accountability level with personal cash bank
- Take guests orders in a professional manner
- Upsell and describe products as needed
- Verify age on ID for sale of alcohol
- Keep cart organized and clean
- Handle complaints and comments/refer to proper personnel
- Ensure all equipment is clean and properly put away at the end of shift
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc):
- Must possess drivers license
- Must possess ServSafe certification or obtain upon hire
- Must be 18 tears of age
Preferred Qualifications (knowledge, skills, certifications, education, etc):
- Knowledge of POS systems helpful
- Prior cash handling experience helpful
- Prefer someone who is self starter
