Brighton is looking for an Experienced Ski and Snowboard Repair Tech to join our small team. This position will include evaluating, recommending, and giving accurate time and cost estimates to guests in regards to equipment repairs. Time management is crucial, and understanding the ways that skis and snowboards are made is key to keeping up with the work in the shop. We typically only staff the shop with one tech so you must enjoy working solo!
Responsibilities
- Be a friendly and welcoming face for guests from across the globe!
- Maintain a clean, inviting and visually pleasing Shop
- Complete daily opening, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned
- Accurately process payments for services
- Assist your teammates in creating exceptional experiences for our guests
Qualifications
- 18 years old
- Binding certification and testing per ASTM standards
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
- Able to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure
