Ski & Snowboard Rental Technician - Night

Are you passionate about snowsports and want to help others realize the joy of sliding around on the snow all day? Become a member of our Rental Tech team and gain new skills and certifications or keep your current ones up to date!

Our high volume and fast-paced Rental Shop is located on the 2nd floor of the Brighton Center. We caters to all sorts of situations, including adults and children needing a full set up to guests missing just a single item. Join us for a season of satisfaction from a rewarding job in the “greatest snow on earth” lifestyle in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains!

• Be a friendly and welcoming face for guests from across the globe!
• Advise and fit adults and children with the appropriate equipment
• Ensure guests are leaving the Rental Shop with properly fitting equipment and correctly adjusted bindings for their safety on the hill
• Maintain a clean, inviting and visually pleasing Shop
• Complete daily opening, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned
• Accurately process equipment returns
• Assist your teammates in creating exceptional experiences for our guests  

• 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
• Able to study for and pass the binding certification (per ASTM standards) for Head, Tyrolia and Look bindings
• Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
• Able to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure
• Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends, evenings and holidays)
