What are the responsibilities and job description for the Madison Base Seasonal Program Supervisor position at Boyne Resorts?
Overview
Big Sky Resort is seeking a qualified person to organize and coordinate the Madison Base Seasonal Program while contributing to overall supervisory responsibilities at the Madison Base. This includes planning and supporting the day-to-day operations and organizing the seasonal programs. Sometimes stepping in to assist with instruction or lead training when needed, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented approach. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage seasonal program logistics
- Must be comfortable with computer work and using platforms such as RTP, FLAIK, outlook and other scheduling and communication tools
- Must communicate effectively with parents, instructors, coworkers, and managers
- Must be dependable, reliable, and able to lead by example
- Must have a genuine desire to support the development of instructors and enhance the guest experience
- Must collaborate with MV seasonal program supervisor
- Must be able to work outside in extreme and quickly changing winter mountain conditions
- Must be willing and able to step into instructional or training roles as needed
- Must maintain a professional and approachable attitude in all guest and staff interactions
Qualifications
- Level 2 or 3 Certified status preferred, but not mandatory
- A great guest service mindset
- Previous experience in ski instruction and/or supervising.
