Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries and provide support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Gather relevant information from customers to expedite service and enhance problem resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a customer support role, preferably in a live chat capacity.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage several conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
- Familiarity with customer support software and live chat platforms is a plus.
- A high degree of empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
PAY RATE: $20.33 - $32.80
