The successful candidate will

Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and issues to Live Chat Manager when appropriate
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Respond with empathy to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promote interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
What you need for this role
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years in either a call center or customer service environment
- Experience in the financial services a plus
- Typing and multitasking skills
Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Self-starter who can work cooperatively with others
- Strong work ethic with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Ability to compose professional emails
