Status : Full Time
Pay Rate: Starts at $45,000 DOE.
Schedule: 1 pm-9pm Monday - Thursday. 9am-5pm on Friday. Schedule may vary in response to community needs
The Site Director is a full-time position within the Boys & Girls Club of Rosebud at our Mission Site.
Core responsibilities:
- Responsible to plan and execute to keep site operations running
- Ensure high quality programming
- Ensure a Safe and Supportive environment for youth and employees
- Maintain positive family and community relationships
- Manage site budget
- Coordinate building and grounds maintenance
- Manage and develop a successful Youth Development team (hiring, training, and leading professional development plans)
- Report to and collaborate with Executive Director
