Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, promoting digital solutions, and facilitating introductions to banking specialists.
  • Execute operational tasks while adhering to established policies and minimizing risks.
  • Efficiently handle routine to moderately complex transactional and customer support activities.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Address and resolve issues related to teller line operations, providing support to both clients and staff.
  • Offer guidance in resolving or escalating customer concerns or complaints.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to assist them in achieving their financial objectives.
  • Inspire and motivate a diverse team to realize their full potential and meet organizational goals.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and issue resolution or an equivalent blend of work experience and education.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service while actively listening to and addressing customer needs.
  • Experience in educating and connecting customers with digital banking solutions.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a positive demeanor in interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Competence in identifying potential fraud or risky accounts and taking necessary actions.
  • Proficiency in cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and guide a team toward achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or certifications related to banking or customer service are preferred.
  • Solid experience in retail compliance, risk management, and loss prevention is advantageous.
