The Boys and Girls Club of the Lowcountry is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a strong background in Human Resources. The ideal candidate has a proactive work ethic and independent desire to create process improvement while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Compensation: ranges $55-65K depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Attend monthly meetings and take minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, acting as a point of contact for employees and board members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure timely charitable filings.
- Communicate changes and updates to website developer
HR Generalist Support:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, assisting with communication and ordering pre-hire background screening.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations matters, such as resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with payroll functions, benefits administration, or other HR-related tasks.
Other Duties:- Responsible for ordering office supplies, managing expenses, or other administrative tasks.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles. Strong preference for someone with ADP Workforce Now experience.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
