Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Assists Human Resources Manager with various HR communications and administrative functions, including Department of Labor posters, staff attendance tracking, etc.
- Shares responsibility with other HR staff for overall operations of the department.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Provides secretarial support.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Timely and regular attendance.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior experience in human resource roles is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft office software a plus
