- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative programming that meets the diverse needs of participants.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including administering first aid when necessary.
Experience
- Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children in various settings such as camps, classrooms, or childcare facilities.
- Skills in classroom management to effectively engage youth in group settings.
- Familiarity with tutoring or educational support techniques is beneficial.
- Previous experience in babysitting or similar roles is an asset.
- Certification in first aid is a plus but not mandatory.
