Job Overview
As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact and will need to provide exceptional customer service to our members and families.
Duties
- Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, accepting payments, and registering members
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding programs and membership
- Operation of microsoft office and member tracking sytems
- Assist with special events including holiday celebrations and fundraisers - Assist in classrooms and on field trips as needed
- Transport members using company vehicles on field trips - Any and all other duties as assigned by the Unit or Executive Director
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or non-profit role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well with people
- Familiarity with Microsoft office and computers is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
