We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. Duties
- Perform general custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in various settings such as offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain facilities by performing minor repairs and upkeep as needed.
- Execute floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, and waxing floors to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks that may require specialized equipment or techniques.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Occasionally assist with residential painting projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
