What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Clerk position at Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood?
The Marti Huizenga Boys & Girls Club of Hollywood is looking for a positive, professional, energetic individual with a passion for working with children and teens. The successful candidate will possess excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment at the front desk answering phones, entering membership data, interacting with youth and parents, and monitoring the comings and goings of youth. A strong customer service background is a must. Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and have the ability to learn nFocus/Trax Solutions software. This is a part-time, year round (Monday through Friday with some possible Saturdays) position consisting of 25 hrs/week during the school year and 40 hrs/week during the summer. Work hours are 2pm-7pm on school days, 11am to 3pm on Saturdays (as needed), and 9am to 5:30pm during the summer; however, we ask that you have some flexibility with days and times.
