The Recruiting and Onboarding Manager will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support the mission and vision of BGCSDC. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
Essential Duties:
Recruitment
· Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that align with organizational goals.
· Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and the organization's website.
· Proactively source candidates through various channels, including networking, job fairs, and partnerships with local educational institutions.
· Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Onboarding:
· Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared for their roles.
· Conduct new hire orientations and provide necessary information about the organization's policies, procedures, and culture.
· Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources to start their roles effectively.
· Monitor and evaluate the onboarding process, gathering feedback to make continuous improvements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Proven ability to manage HR Department Social Media Platforms.
· Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
· Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Position Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· Must be 21 years of age or older.
· 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or related HR role.
· Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
· Valid FL Driver’s License and be insured under the BGCSDC’s policy.
· Occasional nights and weekends are required.
Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
