JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the execution of marketing strategies by planning and managing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, tracking campaign performance and coordinating with various teams to achieve marketing goals. The Marketing Communications Manager is instrumental in driving BGCAZ's marketing initiatives across multiple programs and stakeholder groups.
JOB RESPONSBILITIES
Leads the executive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including a focus on digital platformsManages and coordinates with external contractors and partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely project deliveryProvides comprehensive marketing support to Club programs and initiativesDesigns, develops and manages targeted newsletters for diverse audiences including donors, parents, volunteers and community partnersDrives digital marketing campaigns focused on Club program recruitment and donor managementLeads development on social media strategy for donors and recruitmentTracks, analyzes and reports on marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other toolsCollaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing objectives with organizational goalsEDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE, LICENSURE and CERTIFICATION
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited UniversityMinimum of 2 years marketing experienceMinimum of 1 year digital marketing experienceMust have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's licenseKNOWLEDGE, ABILITY and SKILLS
Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailStrong track record in email / digital marketingDemonstrated ability to manage external vendors and cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to adapt quickly in a fast paced environmentProficient in Google Analytics, Hootsuite and Microsoft SuiteWORKING CONDITIONS and DRIVING
Travel between BGCAZ Branches, schools and community sites is required. Must meet the insurance standards of BGCAZ.Work is performed in Branches, the community as well as an office setting.Evening or weekend hours required on an as needed basis
