Job Summary
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to serve as a Site Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supervising the success of virtual and classroom instruction of programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program development, youth development, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program plans that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Coordinate and supervise the delivery of programs and services to youth.

Requirements
