The Director of Facilities is responsible for successful management of the collaborative Loveland Youth Campus, as well as managing facility needs for other Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County properties. The Director of Facilities will be the primary point of contact for the collaborative Loveland Youth Campus, ensuring that the campus providers are well supported and that the campus is a successful extension to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County’s youth development services. The Director of facilities will also be responsible for supporting all facility/property needs at BGC serving locations to ensure that Club services can be safely implemented.
This is a full-time, exempt position with a pay range of $60,000 - $70,000.

- Annual cost/budget reconciliation
- Coordination of scheduling for shared spaces
- Managing facility usage requests by external partners
- Responding to inquiries from tenants
- Managing user access to surveillance systems
- Managing user access to access control system
- Entering invoices into financial systems
- Paying vendors
- Leadership
- Serving as the owner's representative for renovation/expansion projects as needed
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with tenants
- Leading annual lease execution with tenants
- Leading annual income/budget reconciliation
- Presenting quarterly reports to BGCLC executive staff and board
- Providing youth campus tours to potential stakeholders

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of property management or related operations experience
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organization or expense tracking skills
- Knowledge of building maintenance/compliance practices
- Knowledge of property management practices
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with tenants and providers
- Proficient user of Google Suite, and other databases.
Other Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Candidates must be able to pass a criminal & driving records investigation and reference checks
- Valid State Driver’s License & ability to be insured under the organization’s insurance policy
