BGCSCTN is seeking a Development Coordinator responsible for elevating our mission throughout South Central Tennessee.
**Responsibilities:**
- Cultivate, acquire, and nurture relationships with mid-level donors
- Organize and assist in the planning and execution of established fundraising events
- Coordinate corporate fundraising initiatives
- Conduct grant research and manage the application process
- Communicate effectively with donors, sponsors, and partners to foster relationships
- Help manage and maintain the BGCSCTN donor database and fundraising records
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with the development or nonprofit sectors
- Proficient in CRM or database management
