Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide tutoring support in academic subjects to enhance students' understanding and performance.
- Implement behavior management techniques to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
- Engage with children in sports coaching or physical activities to promote teamwork and physical fitness.
- Assist in the planning and execution of camps or special events that cater to youth interests.
- Build positive relationships with students, encouraging their participation and personal growth.
- Monitor the progress of youth participants, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and community members to ensure holistic development of youth.
Experience
- Previous experience in babysitting or childcare is highly desirable.
- Background in tutoring or educational support for children is preferred.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles is beneficial.
- Experience working with students in an academic or recreational setting is advantageous.
- Skills in behavior management to effectively address challenges that may arise during activities.
- Knowledge of sports coaching techniques or experience in leading physical activities is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
