What You'll Do:

  • Design and deliver exciting, experiential lessons and activities that capture young people's imaginations.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive space where every youth feels valued and motivated to grow.
  • Build positive relationships and social skills through asset-based, youth-driven programming.
  • Monitor program success, adapt to member needs, and ensure a top-notch experience.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to enhance co-curricular opportunities.
  • Oversee program administration, including registration and orientation, while ensuring a clean and safe environment.

What You Bring:


  • Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED, a knack for motivating and managing youth, and the ability to work well with diverse families.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 year degree in human services or related field, experience in program development, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Schedule: 32-35 hours per week (benefits eligible) On school days, Mondays - Fridays from 1pm - 6:30pm, Non-School Days, Mondays - Fridays from 9am-5:30pm

Pay: $16- $20 per hour (based on related experience for the position)
