This position provides positive communication to kids and their families as the face of the site location. Greet and welcome those we serve into the Club each day using proactive customer service. Coordinate and manage daily operations of membership and oversee the front entrance of the Club location.
We are seeking people who have experience or are looking for experience in the following areas:
- Membership Success - provide family communication and the positive Club experience and build relationships with kids, families and staff
- Safety - maintain membership and program registrations and attendance tracking
- Date tracking - compile data reports, coordinate protocols and maintain member and volunteer tracking
- Resource Development - assist in preparing program materials and special event activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
