The Club is now taking applications for Child Nutrition Coordinator. Part time. Experience recommended/preferred. Providing meals for for up to 200 kids daily. Industrial oven and dishwasher experience. WA state driver's license required) required.
Duties include:
- Menu planning
- Weekly bulk shopping
- Following food safety and USDA guidelines
- Must follow the rules and guidelines of the CACFP and SFP programs (will be trained by OSPI instructors either virtually or in person)
- Must have, or obtain upon hiring, a Food Handler's Permit
- Prepping and serving up to 200 hot meals per day during the school year plus a light evening snack and
- Prepping 200-400 sack lunches per day during the summer
- Cleaning and organizing the kitchen and cafeteria
- Ensuring the safety of club members which includes tracking food related allergies
- We are looking for someone that is passionate about providing healthy meals that kids will enjoy
Hours:
12:00pm-5:00pm (school year) Monday - Friday
7:30am-2:00pm (summer and no school days) Monday-Friday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.66 per hour
