Description
Bozard Ford Lincoln is currently looking for an experienced tow truck driver with knowledge on both sides of the business. We need someone proficient in towing but also understands the dispatching/accounting aspects of the business. Operating hours will be 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation from 8-4. This is a customer facing position; therefore, dress code will be strictly enforced and strong customer service skills required. CDL not required but is a plus. Must pass a drug test, background check and all other DOT standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment
- Provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists, jump-starting batteries, and providing fuel
- Maintain accurate records of each tow and service call, including time, location, and services provided
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure timely and efficient service
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the tow truck
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to operate a tow truck
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally and calmly
