What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Rover position at BOZEMAN HOT SPRINGS?
The Rover is responsible for the hour-to-hour supervision of the Hot Springs Patrons and the facility. This position is primarily the method of communication regarding safety issues to the Customer Service Manager and Shift Supervisors. This position is responsible for the safety of the facility and it’s patrons. Rovers must have attention to detail, good communication skills, the ability to identify potential problems, decision-making skills, and interact in a professional and courteous manner with guests and fellow staff. Rovers will spend a majority of their day patrolling the premises and enforcing the facilities rules and regulations.
Looking for the following:
- Sunday - Tuesday
- Sunday Morning - 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Monday and Tuesday Evening - 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
