Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations by managing employee production records and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This role is responsible for but not limited to handling documentation, coordinating schedules and providing organizational support.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate and up to date records and documentation
Preparing and generating daily, weekly and monthly reports based on leaderships requests
Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems for warehouse documents
Performing general office duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
Inputting and updating data into databases or spreadsheets with accuracy
Answering and directing phone calls, emails and inquiries to the appropriate parties
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Environment:
Warehouse Office – approx. 65F – 75F
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
5 hour shifts; start time flexible
Flexibility to work various or additional shifts, as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience:
Preferred: Minimum One (1) years’ experience in Warehouse Clerical roles or relevant experience
Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership
Skills:
Physical abilities: Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc;
Strong communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; project management
Working in a team based environment: Working independently and as a team player to ensure our customers are receiving orders timely and with the highest quality
